The First 36 Faenol looked a picture with its big black spinnaker set beautifully as it glides by on the way to the finish line of the final race of Cork Week 2024. The crew on J109 Going To Red stopped the drop to fun and smile at the windward boat as is glided by. Cork Week 2024 created some great memories which remind us all why we enjoy this great sport which takes us to many great places to make our memories. The team at Bottom Up Boats hope you enjoy our continued look back on the racing acting from the 2024 session. Boat work is underway to get the boat ready for the 2025 season. Can't wait to get the boat in the water for another season of action on the water.

Propane-powered outboard maker Lehr has introduced what I think is the first outboard motor with self-contained electric starting. An optional feature of its new propane-powered, LP9.9 model, the motor carries its starting battery under the cowl, rather than in the boat.
