After a wonderful 4 months, the Mira crew is off to Cape Town for about a week and then we cross the Atlantic! It is so bittersweet; we have made so many friends here that we will miss dearly, BUT that is one of the downsides to our new life. This is something new that doesn’t look or feel as anything new, but as a Hallberg-Rassy has always looked like. Hallberg-Rassy now offer EcoDeck, which is a strong, flexible, solvent free, UV-proof polyurethane resin based decking and caprail system. This viscous-elastic composite material has a stylish and warm effect with a seamless and durable finish. PU teak is made of polyurethane, which is more durable and non-skid than a PVC deck. PU teak has been used for years on superyachts.
