Simply go past the slip and back the boat in taking advantage of propwalk (for single engines) to angle your stern in or use a small short amount of dock side engine in forward to angle your stern to the dock. Tie a stern dockline aft onto the dock. This is a server rack radiator with a 12v pump to pump sea water through it, and three 12v fans that blow air through the fins of the radiator. If the difference between the air temp and water temp is large (cool water and hot air) this works great as an AC! These three fans do quite a bit, and they sell larger radiators if you feel like super-charging it!
