Aloha! At the age of 58, my body has changed and I have Bat Wings--cue the music. We live on our sailboat and here is a quick exercise for women to aid in toning the Bat Wings. Strike 18ft sailing trimaran by Woods Designs on its first sail, so it is still unfinished, but still steers itself quite happily.
