What used to be a very large, deep storage area has been changed to a cabinet door with internal shelves. Mawan is a favourite dive site in the central area of Komodo, it has great coral, a good mix of macro and larger creatures and is quite a shallow easy dive. But the main attraction is of course the Manta !! We regularly see multiple Manta here, unto 20 at times mostly gathered around a cleaning station at just 5 metres depth !! Great place to get amazing videos and photos of these amazing creatures !!
