It brings us great pleasure knowing 1000 kg of plastic waste has been removed from the Adriatic because of our incredible community of change-makers & ocean-enthusiasts. At The Yacht Week, it is very important that we are able to make a difference, even if it is a small one, by sparking positive change no matter where the wind and the waves take us. We sail to some of the world’s most beautiful locations and we aim to keep them that way. deI used 15 herbs. Normally each family in Ibiza have they own recipe. And it can be from 7 till 21 herbs. But everyone tells it have to be odd ( so no divide by 2). And the best time to collect herbs is in May or June. I used rosemary, marjoram, frigola, rue, fennel, anise, juniper 2 types, mint, peppermint, salvia, oregano, lemon and bay leafs, lemon zest and anise liqueur.
