While we were motoring back into Canet-en-Roussillon marina at the end of our week charter on an Excess 11, we were overtaken by Zig Zag, a Windelo 54 under full main and Code 0. After six exhausting days at sea, I was too tired to reef while the boat repeatedly launched off the waves and slammed back down.
