I was watching one of those videos about how to be healthier, happier, more productive by a beautiful American. As so often, they were pontificating on the things that are essential parts of a daily routine. One of the most popular trends for that at the moment is how essential it is to go outside first thing in the morning and get 10 minutes of sunlight. Clearly, they have never lived in North Wales (or Manchester where we ere before). We are now living aboard our Rival 38 Centre Cockpit full-time while finishing a refit so we can launch ASAP. We adopted Basil a few months ago. As far as anyone knows, he never had a home until now. He was fed as a stray in Kamloops last winter and had an injured leg. He was trapped and taken to the local shelter. Somehow he then made his way down to Vancouver where we met him at the local SPCA and brought him to his new home, W. Grebe. He is settling in just fine to life on the water. You see plenty more of Basil in future episodes. #BeLikeBasil #sailingcats #boatcat
