A look at the updated systems locker on the starboard side of the Vision 444 catamaran. The clean and efficient layout makes any servicing or repair easy to get to. There is another on the port side for the port hull systems. Note, pardon the wood clamps; the door jambs and door are added after launch otherwise the tensioning of the rig would cause the doors to not close perfectly. Want more? As May comes to a close, we’d like to acknowledge the ending of Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month. This past month was a spotlight on a chronic illness affecting about 70,000 people worldwide. Travis Suit, founder of Piper’s Angels, discovered that saltwater benefited his daughter’s condition, inspiring the Crossing for Cystic Fibrosis event. This initiative raises awareness and funds to combat the disease. Paddleboarders and kayakers will journey 80 miles from the Bahamas to Florida, raising money to help individuals afford crucial treatments. This year, HMY is sponsoring a team and a proud donor to the Piper’s Angel Foundation. Stay tuned as we join them in making the crossing in June.
