Jack Roy joined the board of Irish Sailing in 2013 and was President from 2017 to 2020. During this time he led with great talent and dedication, and always with a sense of fun and humour. The extent of his influence and popularity is shown in the tributes received by Irish Sailing from people around the world who worked with him during his presidency. Jack finished his presidency during COVID lockdown when face to face celebrations were restricted, so we marked the occasion by publishing his last speech and a slideshow of his time as Irish Sailing President. Olympic Yacht Show 2025 Η 5η διοργάνωση της κορυφαίας έκθεσης σκαφών στην Ελλάδα ολοκληρώθηκε με μεγάλη επιτυχία 9-12 Οκτωβρίου 2025, στην Olympic Marine, στο Λαύριο. Σε κλίμα γιορτής και ενθουσιασμού, περισσότεροι από 25.000 επισκέπτες είχαν την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουν 140 σκάφη μέσα στο νερό, 400 luxury brands, πολλές πρεμιέρες σκαφών και παράλληλα events, ενώ η αύξηση του αριθμού των ξένων επισκεπτών και η συμμετοχή διεθνών key players της βιομηχανίας του yachting ενίσχυσε ακόμα περισσότερο τη διεθνή ταυτότητα της έκθεσης.
