License plate lools like 7L3L972 or 7LSL972 Behavior like this is common on Sanchez between Market and Duboce. Also, my passive-aggressiveness was stupid and didn't help anything.

Violent storm rages through the bay in Dakar, Senegal taking 10 boats in its path. Winds were up to 60 kts for nearly an hour unleashing total fury. My boat was lucky to not have been struck by another boat.As well, my mooring held strong. Thank you Arona.
