Here are 3 strategies I’ve been using to see better results: ✨ Increasing my daily activity and movement OUTSIDE of my workouts. My step count went from 5000 a day to over 10,000. I’ve been working a lot on the boat, staying mobile, and burning more calories because of it ✨ 3 full body workouts + 2 runs a week. This will be changing soon when I start the Body Mind Reset challenge to be more body part specific, but this strength + cardio mixture has been consistent and enjoyable! ✨ Sprints & burnouts at the end of the workouts.
