Did some thing a little different for my BMR rest day! 🏊‍♀️ Got in 10 laps of the pool, (front crawl, I died), 10 minute abs and a 10 minute stretch. Definitely feeling a little sore after the last two days, and really needed this lighter session. ✨ Super happy with all the members crushing their first few days of the challenge and can’t wait to see all the results at the end!!
