We took the opportunity to take advantage of a world championship being held so close to our offices to go over and film some content. Unfortunately we could only get over for one race, and the only boat we could get was a 45 foot yacht so we couldn't get to close to the action.

I discovered a very old orchard growing wild in the woods near the sailboat. So many varieties of fruits and berries. So, I snagged a pair of pears and turned them into a Whiskey Pear Sauce for the the pancakes! This will be the first cooking segment for the channel! Stay tuned for new episodes coming up shortly. I haven’t been able to afford a new laptop to edit videos on the boat. We are headed back to Alberta on Sunday so I’ll get some videos uploaded soon. Avere la giusta strumentazione sulla barca è importantissimo, prima di tutto per la sicurezza, la strumentazione ti dà appunto la tranquillità di poter navigare, di poter anche guardare in giro, mentre il pilota automatico funziona egregiamente, di avere dei dati buoni del vento per quello che riguarda B&G e poi su questo genere di barche, che sono un oggetto unico, di avere il meglio a bordo.
