This animation is made by KTF Cranes who will be craning out the 32m aluminium catamaran at our KM yard. The catamaran, previously called Ice Lady Patagonia II, will be at our yard for the next year or so while we perform a major refit and maintenance job on her. The Hokule'a is celebrated for its role in reconnecting Pacific Islanders with their ancestral voyaging traditions, fostering cultural pride, and inspiring a new generation to protect our oceans. Today the Hokule'a arrived after a 3 week passage from Hawai'i. #hokulea
