This Aviation has: 2 ½ ounces of gin ¾ ounce lemon juice (fresh squeezed) ½ ounce Luxardo Liqueur ½ ounce Creme de Violette 1 Luxardo cherry (optional) 1 strip of lemon peel for garnish Place gin (I used Empress Indigo Gin!), Luxardo liqueur, and Crème de Violette, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake the cocktail shaker until the shaker is cold and the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour the cocktail in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and a strip of lemon peel. She floats! Today the #Bestevaer 45 'Mate' was launched into the water! The owner was present to splash some champagne on her bow so that Neptune will be pleased and allow 'Mate' and her crew safe passages across all the world's seas. The next couple of weeks we will finalize the last work on board and start test sailing her.
