Fast communication between the spotter and helm is essential to navigate the dubiously chartered coral reefs and bommie fields of Fiji and we've often envied crew on other boats who manage to do this without shouting at eachother down the length of the boat! I went for a bike ride near the marina where Vie Sauvage is docked. I made a sudden turn down a street and ended up watching these guys playing cricket. When they asked if I wanted to play, I jumped up. My first time ever touching a cricket ball and bat! This will be a big part of my travels, experiencing new friends and new things.
