? Sunday Boat Tip [7/52] ? Our gas oven only has heating from below, and when first moving onboard cooking in it was a real struggle! The food got badly burnt on the underside and was often undercooked on the topside, resulting in really bad cooking ??? But since we got this advice during our first winter as liveaboards our cooking game has improved so much! So, now it's time for us to pass the knowledge forward. Seagull has had 6 months of extended cruising in salt water this year and we were curious to see how much growth we had accumulated with Coppercoat on her bottom. We were extremely pleased, she was so clean, apart from the bottom of the keel which was not Coppercoated.
