After all our recent solitude in isolated islands around Northern Sulawesi in Indonesia, we anchored right in the centre of the City of Luwuk and were in for plenty of surprises, meeting other cruising sailors for the first time in months, an unexpected visit from Port Police, and finding hoards of screaming motorcycles racing around the city streets for the annual Bangai Cup.
