As we yet again head out on passage, Millie is starting to realize that she lives a different life than most other kids. And every time we stop somewhere, the next mornings question is: Where are we going today? I'm happy to stay we're now gonna stay put for a while, and Millie will soon be able to try her biggest dream; riding a bike!

#limelight #sailingtheworld #caution Be careful at the dock in Alofi, Niue. This is a quay in the South Pacific where there is no tying up. You must get lifted out if you want to visit the island by boat. You cannot anchor out. They have 15 mooring balls available. $30 NZ per day. They can accommodate vessels up to 52 feet. if your vessel is larger than that, you can request a double block. Even your dinghy needs to be lifted out when going ashore. You can contact the Niue Yacht Club to reserve a mooring ball. +683 4224 Email: info.center@gov.nu All the local fishermen, dive groups, whale watching boats etc. all get lifted in & out each time.

For more boat videos, visit www.boats.com. It's rare we test a bay boat, and find that it has each and every ideal trait we covered in Bay Boat Battles: What Makes One Better Than Another. It's even more rare we decide to run a bay boat 10 miles outside of the inlet, and stay out there for hours. And it's beyond rare that we'd do so on a day when it was blowing 15 knots and three to four foot swells were rolling through the ocean. Yet when we heard there was a hot bite going off we pointed the bow east, ran through the open sea, and fished out there long enough to catch a slew of cobia, bonito, and kingfish. Just how did it feel to be aboard Pathfinder's 2600 HPS Bay Crusher? A picture may be worth 1,000 words but the video you're about to watch is worth just one: awesome.
