Understand your crew so they can follow your as leader. Not only They Need to feel safe but the need to have proper guidance and orders to follow. There is no need to know everything, but there must be an order and proper explanation about what is happening. #greece #sailing #leadership

This video was taken at the dock by Andy on 10/10 @ 4am. I am just now able to post. The boat faired well and is fine. As soon as we can get on the dock to assess for damage we will. Hope everyone faired well too!
