El sueño es una representación profunda de nuestra vida cotidiana y se genera gracias a las capacidades cognitivas y emotivas que compartimos como miembros de la Especie Humana. El lenguaje de los sueños nos permite desviarnos de los obstáculos del inconsciente que son el resultado de nuestros mecanismos de defensas. Sin enfocarse en tareas de terapia individual o grupal y sin darse el objectivo de solucionar traumas, esta simple técnica nos permite llegar a ver el posible transcurso evolutivo de nuestros pensamientos y activar recursos individuales y de grupos a través de las imágenes que los sueños nos regalan.
