Giorno 75 - L’acqua dolce a bordo. Iniziamo a entrare nei meandri più nascosti della barca. Oggi vi portiamo a scoprire i segreti che si celano sotto alla panchetta di un divano: la pompa dell’acqua :) Come spiegato nel video, siamo abituati a vivere in barca con 1000 litri di acqua dolce per volta. Da domani, la nostra indipendenza dai porti potrebbe cambiare drasticamente, diventando illimitata la disponibilità di acqua dolce potabile a bordo. Questo significa che non sarà più necessario centellinare l’acqua per le docce, potremo sciacquare il ponte dopo navigazioni “salate” e soprattutto non dovremo più portare mille casse di acque dai supermercati. The Figure 8 is one of the greatest knots of all. This is the figure 8 stoppper knot, used to prevent line from slipping through grommets, pulleys and the like. It's used in sailing, boating, climbing and ton of other applications. This is also the first part of a proper figure 8 knot for climbing. While not the most practical way to tie this knot, it looks kinda cool.
