It has been a year of expedited recovery and the BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival hasnât missed a beat. The stage is set for the 48thedition to begin on March 25-31, 2019. With slogans of âNo Fear- Just Great Racing and Funâ as well as âBuilding BVI Back Bigger-Better -Strongerâ, regatta director, Judy Petz said âThe energy and spirit of sailing in the BVIs takes more than category five hurricanes to keep people from coming back to sail and race.
