The size, layout, comfort and ergonomics of the cockpit designed by Ted Hood on WILD THING have simply never been better executed. The main cockpit is large and functional, designed for easy egress each side without climbing over coamings. A signature feature of Little Harbors are built-in teak lockers for storage of rope tails and ephemera (handheld VHF, sunscreen, on-watch snacks...) outside of the cockpit as part of teak seat backs with handrails cleverly incorporated. All sail handling functions and electronic functions are located within easy reach of the helmsman, enabling one person to operate the boat FROM THE HELM.

Do you know that Cuttlefish eat small molluscs, crabs, shrimp, fish, octopus, worms, and other cuttlefish. Their predators include dolphins, sharks, fish, seals, seabirds, and other cuttlefish. The typical life expectancy of a cuttlefish is about 1–2 years. Studies are said to indicate cuttlefish to be among the most intelligent invertebrates. Cuttlefish also have one of the largest brain-to-body size ratios of all invertebrates. Let’s dance to warm up 😉 Pierre shows his moves on the banks of the Qu'Appelle River in Saskatchewan. The Qu’Appelle River crisscrosses southern Saskatchewan. It takes it source at the Qu'Appelle Dam on Lake Diefenbaker and flows into the Assiniboine River in Manitoba. It is very curvy. To give you an idea of conversion, 50 km of river was often only the equivalent of 30 km as the crow flies. Although this river is bordered mainly cattle farms, there is a great diversity of wildlife and birds. In addition, the Qu'Appelle River is part of the Great Trail, the Trans Canada Trail for a total distance of 166.73 km from Lumsden to Katepwa Beach. #ClipperCanoes #Hilleberg #ORTLIEB #HappyYak #Wildravenadventure #JasminetheBearDog #canoelife #canoe #adventure #NoramOdyssey #4yearscanoeadventure #Canada #exploresaskatchewan #explorecanada #canada #happiness
