Here’s an interesting view of an Exploration 45 from the front. It reveals what Olivier Racoupeau refers to as ‘beam stability’, in his interview on the Garcia Yachts channel. Katy and Jerry on GX25 - Idril pulled up to the dock next to GX27 - Snow Gum. The four of us humans had a good chat about all manner of things relating to Exploration 45s. It was like the old days, pre Covid. Good fun. 🙂 I don’t know what the two boats talked about. Regards, Rick. Quick quiz - what’s the story with the name Idril? No search engines allowed! 😠

Solar panels are a vital element of eco-conscious cruising. In search of light, durable and efficient solar power solutions, Sunreef Yachts created a technological revolution for solar yachts. Sunreef Yachts’ solar panels are innovative, in-house designed and manufactured by the shipyard, using a new (patent-pending) technology to integrate them within structural components. They can be easily mounted anywhere on the yacht’s surfaces, including the hulls, superstructure, bimini roof or bow terrace, vastly increasing the amount of solar power. Fully-customizable in terms of size and shape, the panels can be adapt to any structure on board. Flexible and ultra-solid, they are the lightest panels in the industry. #sunreefyachtseco #ecoyacht #solaryacht ___________________ Visit Sunreef Yachts Eco website: https://sunreef-yachts-eco.com/
