Here’s an interesting view of an Exploration 45 from the front. It reveals what Olivier Racoupeau refers to as ‘beam stability’, in his interview on the Garcia Yachts channel. Katy and Jerry on GX25 - Idril pulled up to the dock next to GX27 - Snow Gum. The four of us humans had a good chat about all manner of things relating to Exploration 45s. It can be super simple to cook on a boat. Today for lunch we had Greek Salad Chop red peppers, onion, cucumber and tomatoes Add olive oil and oregano Add fresh feta cheese All portions are to your specific liking. I use half pepper, half cucumber, half onion and one full tomato for 2 servings I also have a premix of olive oil and oregano so I simply shake in the bottle and sprinkle the mixture on together.
