We went freediving and snorkeling one afternoon off of Shell Beach in La Jolla, California. The water was above 70 degrees which is amazing for California. The Strike 15 has folding outriggers. This video shows a mock up of the unfolding system. The hulls and beams are real, but clearly unfinished. However the beambolts and attachments are temporary. Trailing width is 2200, approx 7ft The outrigger unfolds itself because the boat is on a slight slope, so gravity is forcing it to open.
