We went freediving and snorkeling one afternoon off of Shell Beach in La Jolla, California. The water was above 70 degrees which is amazing for California. On a day of sunshine with 15-18 knots of southwesterly breeze, John Taylor’s Vindaloo and Rohan Veal’s 38 South Racing had a chance to really show off what they can do.
