SAILING CROATIA Are my kids too young to go on a sailing holiday? =========================== Transcript We've been asked this a lot during our time here in Croatia on boats. Are my kids too young to go on a sailing holiday? My answer is NO. We love having kids as young as 6 months old, one year old, the little ones on our boat. And it does depend on the adults on board. My top tip for having kids on board is to get the netting that goes around the side of the boat. This isn't necessarily going to catch your child from coming overboard but it's definitely going to be a huge deterrent from them crawling over the side.
