Most sailing cruisers wait for the right sailing conditions before going anywhere. There are times, however, when the wind dies and you have to bite the bullet and put the engine on. Overall, however, fuel consumption is low. When we took 18 days to cross the Atlantic Ocean we only used 4 gallons of Diesel and most of that was for running the generator! You guys! We got a great little set up here. We brought down a sandbag kettlebell, filled ‘er up, found a big field, and got to work. Can’t wait to feel it tomorrow 😈 👉🏼 These fire full body workouts are all going to be in my 2023 challenge. I have never felt so lean, yet relaxed about my diet and not worried about exercising every single day. It’s a huge weight off my shoulders, especially with all that needs to be done around the boat. Give this a try - swap the 100 metre sprint for a 1 min sprint on the treadmill (8.0 mph+) Perform all exercises back to back with minimal rest between.
