Went to go for a swim. Just before jumping in, Nellie showed up. She's very patient. Normally Nurse sharks are relatively gentle. But in The Bahamas they often feed them for the tourists. So some Nurse sharks now associate humans with food, making them much more unpredictable. Still wanna swim? lol

We LOVE Nando’s Peri-Peri sauce, but it's is hard to find (and pricey!) in Trinidad, so I decided to make my own version. The mixture simmered then cooled before being emulsified it with oil. The result? A bright orange, homemade Peri-Peri sauce that’s just as good as Nando’s! After backpacking Asia, road tripping Europe and doing a bit of van life, we’re now exploring the world aboard our Leopard 45 catamaran.
