Entรฃo comeรงamos uma pesquisa para encontrar um distorcedor fosse mais forte que a corrente e a manilha, para nรฃo termos um ponto falho. Foi aรญ que encontramos o S2 da Mantus, perfeito para o nosso sistema. A forรงa de trabalho dele รฉ de 2 toneladas, ou seja: muito mais forte que a nossa corrente. O S2 fica entre a corrente e a รขncora, permitindo que ela gire livremente e evitando torรงรตes que podem enfraquecer o conjunto. Ele vem desmontado e vocรช mesmo monta na hora da instalaรงรฃo, seguindo os passos indicados. Ele รฉ feito em aรงo inox 316, super resistente, e deixou nosso sistema de ancoragem ainda melhor!โจ Menos torรงรฃo, mais seguranรงa, e mais tranquilidade pra curtir a vida a bordo do Utopia. [EN] After spending a long time anchored in Culatra, we realized that a swivel was necessary. Itโs not something you always need, but in places where we stay for longer periods, it makes a big difference. So we started researching to find a swivel that was stronger than our chain and shackle, so we wouldnโt have a weak point in the system. Thatโs when we found the Mantus S2, perfect for our setup. Its working load is 2 tons, which means itโs much stronger than our chain. The S2 sits between the chain and the anchor, allowing the anchor to rotate freely and preventing twists that can weaken the system. It comes disassembled, and you put it together yourself during installation by following the provided steps. Made of 316 stainless steel, itโs super durable and has made our anchoring setup even better! โจ Less twisting, more security, and more peace of mind to enjoy life aboard Utopia!
