You guys keep asking us for more Tours of Good, Affordable Liveaboard Power Yachts. This week are showing you a rare find! It's an OCEAN ALEXANDER 45 Classico Sedan built in 2005 and I wish we had seen one like this when we were searching for our liveaboard because it has a lot to offer!
The 2022 summer created many more memories for the team at bottom up boats. Our Fav 5 Photos came from both the East and West Coast and North and South of Ireland. Photo 1 was a spectacular sunset over Kilrush Marina on the night before we started the delivery of our J109 to Strangford Lough in Northern Ireland. Photo 2 was from the South East corner of Ireland with the Sun Rising over Kilmore Quay Photo 3 is the our recently purchased J109 Going to Red under full sail on her home waters of Strangford Lough. Photo 4 was surfing down some wave at over 10 knot under just main and jib as we race to get to the Fastnet Rock before sunset. Photo 4 our Fav of 2022 was a spectacular sunset over the fastnet rock with the sun lighting up the top of the lighthouse to help guide us to our overnight stay on Cape Clear Island. Hope you enjoyed a Bottom Up Boats quick flick through our Fav 5 Photos of 2022 ! Thanks to the team at NO COPY RIGHT SOUNDS for the tunes. Culture Code feat. Here comes the HIGHS and LOWS of boatlife! I mean the highs are great, let's go sailing, enjoy the sunshine, see some dolhpins you know... BUT today isn't about the highs! Today is about the frustrating moments, the moments when you want to set your boat on fire an be done with it! Looking back it's funny, how this tiny bit of wood rot turned into this huge are of deck that needed replacing, and months and months of work and trying to figure out how to go about it, Please don't forget, I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing here, so many times I have to do one job 2-3 times before its good enough (thats some of the very low lows.... very frustrating!) It is great to see the progress and I am sure for some part of it there are a million better ways to go about my boat repairs, but hey this is my afternoon hobby, i dont have all day every day I can't spend that much time on her and also this is happening on a budget. That's why it DIY :) and I learn, I prome I get better at this! IG: @yvonnemarianna.travels Patreon: SailingStormy
