There were plenty of boats on the star line for the SLYC Two day event, Dark and Scary got slightly to windward of GTR shortly after the start but was slowly burnt off by the superior hight of the J109 GTR. We finally got our new Reckmann Furler fixed. After three weeks of having it, the furler stopped working. Aaron from Clarity Marine in Grenada discovered that inside the motor, the fastener for the wires was never tightened and the wires pulled out. Problem solved and we’re sailing with ease once again!
