We just crossed the Panama Canal on Zambezi, and let’s just say… it’s not a lazy Sunday sail. Here’s what caught us off guard: ⛵️ Your boat is not important. You’re just a tiny dot next to the big container ships. Be prepared to get moved around to fit the schedule. 💪 Your line handlers need muscles. The chambers fill fast, the current pulls hard, and keeping the lines tight is real work. Don’t skip arm day 😉 🧑✈️ You need to know how to steer in currents. Between the water rushing in and the 300-meter cargo ship powering up in front of you, your rudder needs a steady hand. Now that we’re through the Canal, we have “only” 2,800nm left to sail to our final destination in Canada. Should be doable by September, right? Stay Salty!
