Even if you're not so sure about cave diving, the courses are absolutely worth experiencing. You can even split them up and just try Cavern or Cavern and Intro to Cave instead of committing to all of the complex navigation of the Full Cave Course right away. The skills and scenarios develop your abilities as a teammate and diver, which will help you in all of your future scuba endeavors.
