Tunisia bound aboard our sailboat Kaia ЁЯЗ╣ЁЯЗ│ тЫ╡я╕П Waiting for the right weather window, we consider factors such as wind patterns and sea states to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey. As we set off from Sardinia, we bid farewell to itтАЩs stunning coastline dotted with rugged cliffs and azure waters. We sail southward, into the immense open sea, with only the sound of the wind and waves for company. 48hours of non-stop sailing lays ahead! Navigating the Mediterranean waters requires careful navigation and seamanship. We keep a lookout for other vessels as we sail under the moonlight. ItтАЩs difficult to explain the feeling of freedom as our boat glides through the endless expanse of blue. We approach the coastline of Tunisia, marvelling at the sight of the ancient ruins and bustling ports. After two days of sailing, arriving in Monastir marks the culmination of our voyage (our longest sail yet). We dock the boat and canтАЩt wait to step ashore and discover the rich and vibrant culture of Tunisian culture, our new home for the next few months!
