Watch the FULL EPISODE HERE: https://youtu.be/mNJQEAKbhR0 After soooo much research and planning, we're super excited to reveal our sail plan for Delos 2.0 🥳. We've been working closely with Quantum Sails http://quantumsails.com/svdelos to really hone in on our needs and preferences to come up with something that will give us performance, versatility, and durability to tackle all the conditions we plan to sail in. We've included a segment of a very in depth discussion we had with Quantum Sails, but if you'd like to see the full, uncut interview and get all the details, it's available to watch exclusively for our inner tribe on Patreon: http://patreon.com/svdelos. All the projects on the boat are full of their own unique set of challenges and rewards, but I have to say this has been one of my favorite big undertakings so far in the build! Meanwhile, we're still full steam ahead with the sail hardware, placing clutches and winches, and lots more trial and error. But we start welding things in place and you can reallllly see how the lines look with everything in place and it's so freaking cool!

► They are 7, 5 and 2 years old and their names are Nelson, Charlotte and Mathilda. They’ve just spent a week on board a Sunsail 454 (Leopard 45) from the Phuket base with their parents – two couples. ► “Embarking with the family on a multihull in Thailand is about offering the children an adventure they’ll remember for the rest of their lives! Sailing out of Phuket, in the far south of Thailand, we headed for the paradise islands of the Andaman Sea. From the very beginning of the trip, the children transformed into little sailors, curious about everything: hoisting the sails, spotting the multicolored fish and diving into the waters of secret bays. Life on board quickly settled into a rhythm of swimming, playing on the catamaran's trampoline and relaxing while watching the sunset. Ashore, the children loved meeting the monkeys of Koh Phi Phi Don - even if these macaques, who come down from the surrounding jungle to scavenge for food from the tourists, can be a bit unpredictable. Our cruise was much more than a vacation, it was a timeless interlude where kids and grown-ups shared some unique times together. An unforgettable experience that’s already making us want to go back!” ► Become a FREE SUBSCRIBER to Multihulls World's YouTube page now - https://www.youtube.com/c/MultihullsWorld ► Log on to our website to discover over 600 multihulls tests! Ever realised how much the weather controls our journeys? Delays, detours, golden sunsets, unexpected storms… sometimes the forecast writes the story. 🌦️✨ ☀️ #WeatherWriters #JourneyNotDestination
