I grew up sailing the local waters of the Patuxent River and the Chesapeake Bay, where we stood constant watch for other boats, crab pots, and debris in the water. Sometimes it is hard to relax. This might just be one of the most well-maintained vessels this age we have ever toured (part of our boat maybe 😝). Whoever buys this Gem is going to be very happy! She checks off pretty much all the boxes and would make such a great Liveaboard. I'm kind of happy she was not for Sale when we were ready to step up, because we prob would have been pretty content with her 🤩
