Introducing the LMF 22 which was launched at the beginning of the summer for buoy and waterway maintenance operations in the lakes of Maine. Despite it's relatively small size, the boat routinely carries a cargo of 2500lbs consisting of buoys, anchors, and chain. The buoys and gear are worked via a davit at the side hull cutout. A bow thruster was also installed to help keep the boat on station. Patricia and I decided to buy a sailboat while on vacation in French Polynesia. When we returned we ordered a new Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 440 that we got last April. This channel is about the outfitting and upgrades we are doing to the boat plus some Texas Coast adventures while we learn to handle her.
