I'm putting together a series of one minute short films, whilst I work on a bigger project on my local foxes. This first one minute short is about my local moor and a lovely young Roe Deer. Goss Moor is the largest remaining area of mid-Cornwall moorland and is a National Nature Reserve with a multi-use trail. The mostly flat valley basin is the source of the River Fal. A designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and a Special Area of Conservation, the reserve is home to many rare species including Cornish Moneywort, yellow Centaury, Cornish Pillwort, marsh Clubmoss, small red damselfly, variable damselfly and the marsh Fritillary butterfly.

Yoga on a Sailboat. At age 58, I was shocked by how my body was changing, and flexibility, which equals mobility, was at the forefront. Here is an easy yoga pose to help open your chest, relieve shoulder and upper back pain, and get that motion lotion rolling.  Two minutes a day is all it takes. Make sure to do BOTH sides. Here, Max Cantwell warns visiting sailors from the over 30 different countries represented in the event to "be prepared for any wind or weather because anything can happen" in Dublin Bay!
