We’ve officially hauled Sabado out of the water at Port Whangarei Marine Center in New Zealand, and the refit has begun! In our latest video, we take you through a day in our new routine: starting the morning at our rental house, commuting to the boatyard, and diving into our first big boat projects. We kick things off by tearing apart our bed to prep for a major power system upgrade. We also give you a tour of the yard facilities, and remove our cockpit fridge to make way for a new one. It’s a strange feeling seeing the boat on land with empty cabinets, but we’re excited (and a little nervous) about what’s ahead. Ci svegliamo in piscina. Una piscina di un blu che sembra fluorescente. Questa mattina ho 4 chiamate schedulate nel giro di 4 ore, riunioni a noi! Cami invece si sveglia un po’ assonnata e decide di fare un tuffo per ritrovare la produttività. Una sveglia fresca, azzurra. Qualcosa che ti fa ritrovare energia anche se non passava di lì.. Si cambia marcia! Tutti e due ci dedichiamo anche a progetti comuni a cui collaboriamo. Facciamo ragionamenti, mangiamo pranzo e continuiamo a lavorare fino alle 18. Sale vento, sale onda.. stiamo qui? Sì, dovrebbe girare più tardi! E così succede, il vento cala e l’onda si placa. Che pace. Stelle, silenzio e weekend alle porte. Quello che ci voleva per concludere la giornata! Ci vediamo domani dove scopriremo anche noi che faremo, i piani non sono ancora definiti! Domani decideremo.
