This Aviation has: 2 ½ ounces of gin ¾ ounce lemon juice (fresh squeezed) ½ ounce Luxardo Liqueur ½ ounce Creme de Violette 1 Luxardo cherry (optional) 1 strip of lemon peel for garnish Place gin (I used Empress Indigo Gin!), Luxardo liqueur, and Crème de Violette, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake the cocktail shaker until the shaker is cold and the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour the cocktail in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and a strip of lemon peel. At 65 feet you saw this glorious sailing catamaran arrive and has since been preparing for handover at @theboatworks . The answer depends on how much you want done after market. In this case the team laid 120 square of Burmese teak and installed two ONAN generators. Following the boat going to water the mast was stepped and rigging and sails are installed (this is no small feat, involving 12 people). Finally it’s time for its maiden sail for the final test! Look how beautiful this yacht is off the Gold Coast! All that’s left is handover… we can’t wait for the owner to set sail on their own adventures!
