We tested the Mantus M2 in the Caribbean last year and it performed so well through the big winter storms we had at anchor in Portugal we've upgraded to the new stainless steel version with it's little wings that help it stay straight in a veer and apparently greatly increase holding in soft mud. We will be testing that of course, but very happy to have this 105Ib monster holding us.

SV Odd@Sea is a 2012 Leopard 46, for sale by owner. It is our home as we are living aboard, she held us safely for much more than 3,000NM.
