The sway bar link is a small piece that connects the sway bar to the suspension itself. This is what keeps your car from swaying too much in turns or over bumps, and helps to distribute weight evenly across all four wheels. If a sway bar link is loose or damaged, you may notice clunking or rattling noises when you go over bumps, and your car may feel wobbly or unstable when turning. I’ve been feeling a little off lately. Maybe it’s because I just miss the gym, don’t really want to be working out in a field, or am just a little sore and tired. Yesterday I went to go do a full body workout, and just didn’t feel it at all. So instead, I did this 10 minute abs session and called it. I don’t normally train just abs, so it was a nice change! And also it freaking burned 😉 Give this one to try either as a standalone work out or at the end of the session. Whatever you do, I’m proud of you 👏🏽 Work out details: Set a timer for 10 minutes.
