It's not Maine, the Pacific Northwest or British Colombia...I'm sailing a Colorado lake nestled high in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. The sailboat is our 2010 Precision 18 trailer sailer, s/v "Mandatory Fun." Winds were perfect, so I sailed "wing-on-wing" along the rugged shoreline on a dead downwind run under a full mainsail. I had someone bump into my rear bumper yesterday with out even leaving a scratch and my headrest's deployed. I'm not one to take my car in for something so simple like this and after reviewing everything on line and the owners manual i was a little frustrated with how long it took me to find the reset button so i wanted to make this video to help all of you out there. I hope that you find this helpful. Note: you have to push back the molding to find the slot where the provided tool fits into and then when you push down you will hear a click. Remove tool and push the headrest back into place.

► Croisière complète dans Multicoques Mag N°222 : https://www.multicoques-mag.com/dossiers-catamaran-trimaran/expedition-uummaa-la-cote-ouest-du-groenland-en-hobie-cat ► Après trois mois de préparation intense, Dominique Bleichner et Paola Beneton se sont élancés à bord de leur Hobie Cat 18 Tiger sur la côte ouest du Groenland. Au départ de Nuuk, la capitale, l’équipage va caboter plus de 1 000 milles pendant deux mois vers le nord, de village en village. « Nous avons pris possession de notre embarcation à Isafjordur en Islande. Nous nous sommes décidés en quelques instants ; ensuite, pendant un long week-end, nous avons commencé à préparer le bateau. Nous avons notamment consolidé les coques en y ajoutant des semelles car les fonds seront extrêmement sollicités chaque jour lors des accostages. Depuis, le bateau a navigué vers Nuuk seul … en kit et en container. La particularité de cette expédition est que nous naviguerons sur un catamaran de sport de 5,50 m seulement. Ce petit multicoque nous offre l’agilité et le contact avec les éléments que nous recherchons.
