How to look after your well-being whether you’re on board, or off! Guys I was TOO EXCITED when AG1 wanted to partner up as ive been drinking their product for some time now and reaping the benefits! Each morning we naturally wake up tense and dehydrated….its normal to lose 1/2 inch in height as our spine & muscles shorten and at least 1 pound in water just through overnight breathing and basic physical processes…. Here are 2 morning micro-habits that I try to prioritise with this in mind each and every day. 💚 Find a small space and stretch. You don’t have to go crazy - even 5 minutes is enough but could keep you more mobile & less stressed for life! 💚 Hydrate with AG1 whilst providing my body with a flood of vitamins, minerals and pre/probiotics without the need for a multitude of pills. For simple and easy yoga flows & for your daily nutritional boost find BoatFit on YouTube & click this AG1 (which currently includes a great offer) link - http://www.athleticgreens.com/hollyblue Health doesn’t have to be complicated and neither does your lifestyle 🌱 Le

Seven years into boatlife, I sometimes look back at the naive girl I was when we first stepped on board ForTuna, unsure whether I envy her optimism or feel grateful to be a seasoned liveaboard now. She definitely didn’t expect these five things: 1. How much mental energy small decisions take. Weather, anchorages, groceries, maintenance, nothing is big on its own, but everything needs attention. 2. How quickly “adventure” turns into routine. And how necessary that routine becomes if you want to stay. 3. How comforting familiarity feels. Knowing one anchorage well can feel richer than constantly moving on. 4. How little the big moments matter compared to the small ones. It’s not the passages you remember most, but the everyday rhythms. 5. How boatlife doesn’t become easier, you just learn what actually matters. Stay Salty, Greta and Michael #sailing #sailinglife #liveaboard #sailingadventure #liveaboardlife
