We finally get our last head fixed. Had to replace the vacuum pump and dropped another few hundred there. We just felt that having two is better than one as we set off for blue waters. The complete replacement pump was around $800 dollars. Found this pump, while a little bigger, fit perfectly for only $200 dollars. From our Komodo to East of Flores Cruise in September/October 2014. We could get really close to groups of 4-8 huge whales. This was the moment to try out something new and Jos and me stepped into a kayak and paddled slowly out to one of the groups of logging whales. Not at all disturbed by us, we came in touching distance and quietly I slipped into the water and inched my way closer to the 3 whales.
