Can we squeeze another sail in for the season? There was a chill in the November air, but Toni and I loaded some provisions into “Moments in Time” for an autumn sail. The vacuum bag begins to pressurize the uncured tape-based structure before heat is applied. The sail will remain on the mold for only several hours, whereas a 3DL sail of earlier generations would take days to lay the necessary filaments.
